Structural engineering is my passion. For more than 10 years I’ve been doing what I love, on more than 600 projects that range from a small backyard terrace to a high-rise. What I enjoy most is finding the solution that is safe, efficient and simple to build, and seeing the people I work with succeed: the architect whose design gets built as drawn, the builder who finishes on schedule, the owner who moves in with peace of mind.
I care just as much about every client I work with. I know how frustrating it is when an engineer doesn’t return calls, when deadlines slip, or when the structural drawings don’t match the architecture and the questions start piling up in the field. I also know that rushed, poorly planned drawings usually come back as permit comments, field changes and rework. Sparing you all of that is what I work for every day.
That’s why I put everything into the way I work. I make a point of answering my calls and keeping you informed, and scope, fee and timeline are agreed in writing before any work begins. I put every effort into designing efficient structures, not oversized ones, so you don’t pay for more than you need, and into drawings that are complete, clear to build and ready for plan review. And my commitment doesn’t end when the drawings are sealed: I stay with you through permit comments, field questions and inspections.
